Thomas Maddrey is the General Counsel & Head of National Content and Education for ASMP, the premier national trade association for creators. With over a decade of experience as a commercial and fine-art photographer, Thomas became an attorney to work with creators who, like himself, faced legal and business challenges each day of their careers.
Jenna E. Pickering
Council Term Expiring in 2026
Jenna is an entertainment attorney with a strong foundation in the industry, holding a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Georgetown Law. She brings a wealth of experience from her roles as a Talent Buyer for C3 Presents, where she managed talent bookings for concert venues and music festivals both domestically and internationally, as well as her earlier work with Sony Pictures Entertainment and the hit ABC television show Nashville. Jenna’s expertise in drafting talent contracts for major music festivals like Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo and her comprehensive industry background make her a valuable asset in the entertainment legal field.
Andrew F. Rhoden
Council Term Expiring in 2025
A leader in the Munck Wilson Mandala Sports & Entertainment Law Practice, Andrew advises universities regarding Title IX compliance and NCAA infractions. He is trusted by college coaches throughout the country to create career opportunities, develop their brand, and provide solutions when conflicts arise. Prior to his legal career, Andrew was a football coach and director at both the collegiate and high school levels. His experience touches on all facets of the sports business realm in areas such as administration, compliance, marketing, conflict management, and contract negotiations.
Stephen Starks
Council Term Expiring in 2025
Stephen Starks is a sports and entertainment lawyer who currently serves as Senior Counsel, Concerts for Live Nation Entertainment where, among other legal responsibilities, he focuses on drafting and negotiating artist agreements concerning tours headlined by some of the biggest acts in the music business, which are promoted by Live Nation across North America.
Marguerite Zamora
Council Term Expiring in 2027
Marguerite Zamora is an entertainment attorney at Alyce Zawacki Law, PLLC in Austin, Texas. Her practice is focused on creatives of all types, ranging from music and film to interior design and digital art. As a former teacher, Marguerite is passionate about community legal education and bolstering legal scholarship. She currently runs the TESLAW Journal and is always interested in reading a new submission.
