Megan Dunn
Council Term Expiring in 2028
Megan Dunn is a Dallas-based entertainment attorney representing creative professionals with a focus in the music and film industries. She negotiates licensing deals, production agreements, recording contracts, talent agreements, and handles intellectual property matters on behalf of her clients. Megan’s first-hand experiences as a singer/songwriter working in the heart of Nashville inspired her to pursue her legal career, helping other creatives navigate a tough industry she fought through herself as an artist. She earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where she served as President of the Entertainment Law Society. She has also served as Vice Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Council in the year 2025.
Rogelio Reyes
Council Term Expiring in 2028
Rogelio Reyes is a commercial litigator with experience in sports, arts, and entertainment law. He assisted a major NFL franchise on legal matters and worked on litigation involving sports-related construction projects. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Contemporary and is a graduate of the Business Council for the Arts’ Leadership Arts Institute. In the arts and music space, Rogelio is an active DJ and founder of a DJ collective based in Austin, supporting local artists through events and community-building. His practice increasingly involves advising clients in the music, arts, and entertainment industries on contracts, intellectual property, and business matters.
Sabrina Tour
Council Term Expiring in 2028
Sabrina Tour is a commercial litigator with trial and arbitration experience. She has tried cases both to the bench and to the jury, and has participated in arbitrations in the US and abroad. She has handled all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals. Sabrina’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, oil and gas, and sports law. Sabrina attended Rice University where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Sport Management in May 2009. After graduation, she taught for two years at Yellowstone Academy, a school for underprivileged children in inner-city Houston. Sabrina graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in May 2014. Sabrina previously held the position of General Counsel of a top 5 national sports agency which represents NFL players and NFL and college coaches and team executives.
Lindsay Bailey
Council Term Expiring in 2027
Lindsay Bailey is a cross-border entertainment lawyer with practices based in Austin and Vancouver, specializing in the dynamic intersections of music, art, technology and finance. Lindsay works with a diverse array of creatives, entrepreneurs, and organizations—from musicians and music-tech pioneers to artists, cultural institutions, foundations, digital innovators, and the private equity and venture capital funds that support them. She developed her cross-border practice to empower creatives in expand their reach globally, enabling them to maximize opportunities across North America and beyond. As a strategic advisor and ally to her artists and their teams, Lindsay works incredibly closely with them throughout all stages of their careers – from emerging artists to legacy figures.

Alissa McCain
Council Term Expiring in 2027
Alissa serves as Executive Director of Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts (TALA), where she leads a small team that connects 400–500 low-income Texas artists and inventors with pro bono legal and accounting services each year. Over the course of her career, Alissa has produced more than 250 professional development events for creative professionals, reaching over 20,000 participants. Before joining TALA, Alissa held positions with the Austin Music Foundation, Austin Creative Alliance, and SXSW. Her passion lies in equipping underrepresented communities with the resources they need to share their creative voices without barriers tied to income or background.
Jenna E. Pickering
Council Term Expiring in 2026
Jenna is an entertainment attorney with a strong foundation in the industry, holding a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Georgetown Law. She brings a wealth of experience from her roles as a Talent Buyer for C3 Presents, where she managed talent bookings for concert venues and music festivals both domestically and internationally, as well as her earlier work with Sony Pictures Entertainment and the hit ABC television show Nashville. Jenna’s expertise in drafting talent contracts for major music festivals like Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo and her comprehensive industry background make her a valuable asset in the entertainment legal field.
Brent A. Turman
Council Term Expiring in 2026
Leveraging a background in film and television production, Brent knows how to communicate compelling arguments that tell clients’ stories to the jury with clarity and persuasion. He is no stranger to resolving contentious disputes and helping his clients protect their assets. Brent advocates for clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals and estates to Fortune 50 companies. He has represented clients in complex arbitration and litigation related to business disputes, entertainment litigation, and real estate transactions.
